ITINERARY SUMMER CAMP - BUXTON 21st to 25th July 2008
MONDAY Arrive at Derby University Buxton Campus by early afternoon, where your accommodation will be allocated.You will be taken to Belle Vue for the Elite meeting against Peterborough where you will be given the opportunity to view the meeting from the pit area.
TUESDAY You will spend the day in workshops learning and listening as the basics of speedway machine maintenance will be explained.
WEDNESDAY On track at Buxton where Mark Loram is expected to be in attendance.
THURSDAY Your day will be spent on campus where you will receive instruction on:
Fitness Testing
Fitness for Speedway
Sports Psychology
Sports Massage
Sports Nutrition
FRIDAY Again your day will be spent on Track at Buxton hopefully putting your newly learnt knowledge into practice before a mid afternoon departure home.
